- Issue Membership Card
- Teach How To Check In at Front Desk
- Issue Guest Passes
- Get Referrals—Buddy Sheet
- Have Them Connect with Preferred Social Media
- Show Them on Their Smart Phone
- Teach Them Facebook Check Ins
- Have Them Write A Review
- Yelp, etc.
- Schedule First Workout Appointment
- If not scheduled mark as follow up for PT
- Introduce New Member to Personal Trainer
- Introduce New Member to Other Staff
- Manager
- Desk Staff
- Update & Code from Prospect to Member
